Roundtable AI

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 29, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Roundtable AI website, AI discussion services, and related features (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing Compute Credits, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to consent to online services in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. You may not share an account in a way that circumvents usage limits or account controls.

2. The Service

Roundtable AI coordinates third-party AI models and tools through workflows including Open Debate, Evidence Chain, and Decision Committee. Features may generate analysis, retrieve web information, process uploaded content, compare model positions, and produce reviews or recommendations. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, model availability, limits, or integrations.

The Service may be offered as a beta or pre-release product. Beta features may be incomplete, change without notice, or experience interruptions and errors.

3. AI output and important decisions

AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or unsuitable for your circumstances. References, calculations, quotations, and claims may be incorrect even when presented confidently. You must independently verify output and sources before relying on them.

The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, investment, tax, immigration, or other professional advice. It is not a substitute for a qualified professional. You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, and use of all output, especially in high-impact or safety-critical contexts.

Different models may produce similar answers because they rely on overlapping information or assumptions. A consensus, vote, confidence label, evidence chain, or final review does not guarantee truth, independence, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit and, as between you and Roundtable AI, any rights you may have in output, subject to applicable law and third-party terms. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and adapt your content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service and to comply with law.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to submit your content and to allow its processing by Roundtable AI and the selected AI, search, hosting, and infrastructure providers. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information unless you are authorized to do so and accept the risks and applicable provider terms.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate law or another person’s rights; facilitate fraud, abuse, harassment, exploitation, or physical harm; distribute malware or interfere with systems; gain unauthorized access; evade rate, payment, safety, or access controls; impersonate others; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; scrape or resell the Service without permission; or use output as the sole basis for prohibited or unlawful high-impact decisions.

You may not reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law prohibits this restriction, or use automated means that impose an unreasonable load. We may investigate suspected abuse and limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the Service.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, which may include Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Google, AI model providers, and web-search providers. Your use of their services may be subject to their terms and privacy notices. Model availability, web results, response times, and third-party features are outside our control, and we are not responsible for third-party content or services.

7. Compute Credits, prices, and payment

Paid usage is measured in Roundtable AI Compute Credits. Compute Credits are a contractual right to eligible Service usage, not cryptocurrency, stored value, a bank deposit, or legal tender. They cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may include a margin above estimated underlying provider costs to cover infrastructure, search, payment, support, and other operating costs. Actual credit consumption depends on models, input and output length, tools, retries, and workflow complexity. An estimate or reservation may differ from the final charge.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us and Stripe to charge the selected one-time purchase, including applicable taxes disclosed at checkout. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, completed Compute Credit purchases and consumed credits are non-refundable. Failed, reversed, refunded, or disputed payments may result in corresponding credits being withheld or removed. Promotional and welcome credits may expire, be restricted, or be revoked for abuse.

If an obvious metering or billing error occurs, contact help@roundtable-ai.net. We may correct erroneous balances and will review reasonable billing disputes.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Roundtable AI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

Feedback is voluntary. If you provide suggestions, you permit us to use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you as the source without permission.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting us. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, fail to pay, abuse promotional credits, or threaten the security or operation of the Service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions—will survive.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that any model, search result, evidence, analysis, vote, recommendation, or reference will be accurate, independent, available, or preserved.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roundtable AI and its affiliates, personnel, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, or business interruption arising from or related to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid to Roundtable AI during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, providers, business, or law. We will post revised Terms and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice. Continuing to use the Service after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

13. General terms

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Service. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Roundtable AI regarding the Service, except for any additional terms presented for a specific feature.
